You are registering as an individual
Before you can enroll at the Université de Picardie Jules Verne, you must first apply.
Like all students, you have to follow a precise timetable and recruitment procedure.
If you are an international student residing in France and do not hold a French baccalaureate, and would like to apply for the 1st year of a bachelor's degree (or LAS) or PASS, you must download and complete the green application form from the Ministry of Higher Education and Research website.
You are a citizen of a European Union country:
to apply for a 1st year undergraduate degree, you must submit your application on the Parcoursup platform
to apply for 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor's degree, or 2nd year of a master's degree, you must apply on thee-candidat platform.
If you are an international student living abroad, preparing for or holding a higher education entrance qualification in your home country: you must download and complete the white application form on the Ministry of Higher Education and Research website.
If you come from a country with a Campus France: apply via Études en France.
You are from a country that does not have a Campus France: you are a European Union national, of French nationality and the holder of a foreign diploma, of a nationality not included in the list of Campus France countries: make your application on thee-candidat platform.
Important: if you are a non-European national, you may be concerned by the payment of differentiated fees, implemented since the start of the 2018/2019 academic year.

Votre université est partenaire de l’UPJV
If your university is a partner of the UPJV (via Erasmus+, ISEP or BCI exchange agreements, or via a bilateral convention), you can apply for a period of study at the UPJV, with significant advantages over individual mobility.
Take advantage of the benefits of mobility under an exchange program or bilateral agreement!
The advantages of exchange program mobility
- You are exempt from registration fees at UPJV: you pay your registration fees at your home university.
- Your study stay will be included in the curriculum of your home university: you benefit from recognition and validation of your studies at the UPJV thanks to the ECTS credit system.
- Depending on your situation and mobility program, you may be eligible for a mobility grant to help you internationalize your curriculum
