Think about carpooling! There are several websites where you can find students travelling to the Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
Parking lots are available at most of the training centers. You can also park in one of the park-and-ride facilities, then take public transport to the university. Don't forget!

TER Hauts-de-France trains serve all the towns in Hauts-de-France where the university is located.
Good plan: the SNCF has set up Mon Abo Etudiant TER Hauts-de-France with the Hauts-de-France Region. This TER pass is intended for higher education students and apprentices, and is valid between home and the place of study (or training course).
