CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Cancellations must be submited by writing to ispds1.amiens@u-picardie.fr
The following penalties apply:
- up to November 21^st, 2015, full refund less € 50,00 for administrative costs.
- from November 22^nd, 2015, no refunds will be made.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
Fully paid registrations are transferable if made by the registered person in writing to :
ispds1.amiens@u-picardie.fr
Details must include full name of the replacement person, title, contact phone No. and email address.
